Course Description
This course provides an introduction to global business logistics and supply chain management. Studentswill be introduced to supply chain strategy, design, planning, coordination, and integration. Students will develop techniques for forecasting demand, sourcing supplies, manag- ing inventory, optimizing transportation, and enabling communication within a global supply chain.
