Course Description
This course explores the business opportunities and challenges that come with emerging technologies in e-business. Students will critically assess the application and implications of such technologies in business management, global logistics, inventory control, and other sectors in the maritime shipping industry. An understanding of the technologies in which e-business is built will be gained through labs focusing onweb development and content management systems. The final group project involves creating an e-business enterprise.
